The Apeks DS4 1st stage

Good air delivery at any depth

The DS4 is an over-balanced, diaphragm-controlled 1st stage, which means that air delivery remains unchanged regardless of depth or tank pressure. For the diver, this means constant comfortable breathing resistance even at great depths or at very low tank pressure.

Perfectly protected with Drychamber

This Apeks 1st stage is a cold water compatible stage, as it is completely closed and has a Drychamber. This also provides the DS4 with optimum protection against contamination.

Practical regulator configuration

The Apeks DS4 is equipped with 1 high-pressure port and 4 LP ports that are thoughtfully placed for comfortable and flexible hose routing. It is equipped with a DIN 200/300 bar connection to fit any standard scuba tank.

The XTX40 is a pneumatically balanced 2nd stage that provides a constantly comfortable breathing experience. This is also due to the very efficient exhalation membrane that optimises the regulator’s breathing performance.

Practical features, easy operation

The XTX40 is equipped with a Venturi lever that prevents unintentional free flow at the surface.

Clearing this 2nd stage will be easy for you, even with thick gloves, as the purge button is large and easy to use.

The Apeks ATX40 is supplied with a very comfortable Comfo-Bite mouthpiece that works against jaw tension.

The well-designed bubble deflector is compact but cleverly directs exhaled air away from your field of vision.

Good freezing protection

Optimal freezing protection is provided by the patented heat exchanger, which conducts the cold to the outside before ice can form inside the 2nd stage.

The Octopus Apeks ATX40

The Octopus ATX40 is similar in performance and design to the Apeks ATX40 2nd stage. This Apeks alternate air supply is a balanced 2nd stage with adjustable venturi assist to prevent accidental free-flow.
