The Mares Rebel Dry snorkel

The Rebel Dry, also available without Dry Top, with open top as Rebel Flex or also as Rebel Splash with splash guard, is a lightweight and practical Mares snorkel with valve, with excellent breathing comfort, specially designed for long and demanding snorkelling trips, but also perfectly suitable for diving.

Unobstructed breathing thanks to enlarged internal volume in the lower section

The special feature of the Rebel Dry is the anlarged housing in the lower part of the snorkel, which offers you high breathing comfort, not least because the residual water in the snorkel tube finds enough space in the special hollow on the bottom, in front of the drain valve, to allow you to breath freely.

Lightweight snorkel for long trips

The Mares Rebel Dry is made from a lightweight and flexible material to keep you comfortable during long snorkelling sessions.

The mouthpiece is made of soft, hypoallergenic silicone, with ergonomic bite tabs to relieve your jaw during prolonged snorkelling. For the same purpose, a pleated hose has been built into the snorkel tube so that the snorkel follows all head movements without straining your neck muscles.

With practical drain valve and Dry Top

For easy clearing the snorkel, the Rebel Dry is equipped with a purge valve at the bottom of the snorkel tube, so that you can easily get the water out of your snorkel with just a light blow.

To prevent the snorkel from filling up with water, there is a dry valve at the top end of the Rebel Dry, a Special valve that seals the upper end of the snorkel tube under pressure, for example, when you freedive while snorkelling. The valve Closes, the snorkel remains empty, and you can breathe freely as soon as you reach the surface again.

Easily adjustable snorkel holder

With the attached snorkel holder, you can easily attach the Rebel Dry to the mask strap and adjust the height as needed.

Experienced snorkellers are enthusiastic about this Mares snorkel, but scuba divers also like to use the practical Rebel Dry snorkel with dry valve, because thanks to the corrugated hose in the snorkel tube, the mouthpiece of the snorkel does not hang in front of the divers mouth, who can thus hasle-free switch from snorkel to regulator.
