If any water does enter the Mini Dry, it can be easily cleared thanks to the one-way purge valve at the bottom of the snorkel. This is particularly useful during longer snorkelling sessions when the child may be a bit out of breath, as the snorkel tube can be emptied with minimal effort in no time. Any residual water that is not expelled on the first attempt collects in the small catchment area at the bottom of the snorkel tube, ensuring that the airway remains clear.
