Mares Maximus Dive Knife

The Mares Maximus is an innovative, 23cm long diving knife made of robust stainless steel, also available as a smaller version, the 14cm long Mares Neutron, both knives that have set their sights on becoming the best and most resistant among the multi-purpose knives for divers.

The chances are good, because the Maximum and the Neutron convince with very robust construction, high-quality materials and many functions.

Multifunctional blade and lots of features

The 4mm thick stainless steel blade of the Maximus knife offers a blunt tip with razor blade, a screwdriver, a straight blade on one side and a wavy blade on the other, plus a practical line cutter, so you have the right tool underwater for every diving situation. And for the deco beer afterwards, a bottle opener is at your disposal, which has been integrated directly into the knife handle.

Robust construction and hard-wearing materials

There’s no chance of a broken handle with the Maximus knife, because the blade and handle are made from a single, break-resistant piece of 440 stainless steel with a PVD coating to prevent corrosion. Light grooves on the handle ensure a secure grip of the knife during use.

Easy attachment

The knife is sent to you in a high quality and robust sheath made of Cordura, in which the Maximus can be safely stored. The sheath is equipped with loops and a D-ring so that you can attach the knife to your arm or leg. Of course, it can also be stored in the BCD pocket together with the sheath.
