The Mares Ergo Dry is a high quality Mares snorkel with valve, available in our online dive shop also without dry top, as Ergo Splash with splash guard or as Ergo Flex with fully open top, a snorkel with dry top and purge valve, specially designed to give you the highest possible comfort on longer snorkelling trips, but also very popular with divers.

Comfortable snorkel with ergonomic details

To ensure that you don’t have a strained neck or jaw on long snorkelling trips, this Mares snorkel has been made from a lightweight and unbreakable plastic and features some ergonomic details.

The anatomically shaped mouthpiece is made of soft, hypoallergenic silicone, and ensures a secure fit even during long snorkelling sessions.

For the same purpose, a pleated tube has been built into the tube of the Ergo Dry so that the snorkel follows all head movements without straining your neck muscles. The snorkel tube has a slight curve that has been adapted to the rounding of your head.

Easy water drain thanks to purge valve

For easy getting the water out of the snorkel, the Ergo Dry is equipped with a drain valve at the bottom of the snorkel tube, so you only have to blow gently to get the water out.

With 100% Dry Top Technology

To prevent the snorkel from filling up with water, there is a dry valve at the top of the Mares Ergo Dry, built according to the latest technology, a dry top or sealing valve that seals the snorkel tube under pressure, for example when you dive briefly while snorkelling. When you do this, the Mares Ergo snorkel’s seal valve closes and you can breathe freely as soon as you reach the surface again. At the surface, it ensures that virtually no water enters the snorkel tube, so you can breathe unrestricted at all times.

Easy attachment, easy adjustment

With the attached snorkel holder, the Mares snorkel can be easily attached to the mask strap, where it provides a secure hold while snorkelling. Depending on the head size, the height of the snorkel can be adjusted by simply sliding the snorkel holder along the snorkel tube.
